Shortcuts for Manual Editing Sliders

Once you’re on the main Manual Editing screen, it’s time to choose which sliders to adjust. You can do that by scrolling through them and clicking. Or you can use the shortcuts:

  • Tab - press to cycle forward through sliders, one slider at a time

  • Shift + Tab - press to cycle backward through sliders, one slider at a time

When you choose a slider, you can adjust its value by clicking and dragging on its circle. You can also use these shortcuts for more precise adjustments:

  • - press to increase slider value by 1

  • Shift + ↑ - press to increase slider value by 5

  • - press to decrease the slider value by 1

  • Shift + ↓ - press to decrease the slider value by 5

With the desired changes in place, you might want to inspect the images closer:

  • \ (backward slash) - press to toggle between the before and after of an image

  • Spacebar - press to toggle zoom levels. Aftershoot will zoom in on wherever your cursor is placed on the image

If you wish to quickly undo or redo a change, use these shortcuts:

  • CMD/CTRL + Z - press to undo the last adjustment you made

  • CMD/CTRL + Shift + Z - press to redo the last adjustment you undid

With all the editing adjustments done, you might want to move on to cropping or subject masking:

  • R - press to switch to the Crop tab

  • M - press to switch to the Masking tab
