To sell prints or digital images in your store, whether through WHCC or Self Fulfilment, you need to set up a Price Sheet first. That’s how you decide which products you offer to your clients and for which galleries.

You can create multiple sheets, depending on the type of event and gallery you want to provide products for.

Creating a Price Sheet

On the main screen, look for the Store tab in the left-hand sidebar, and click on Products & Pricing.

On the next screen, click on the New Rate Sheet and select between a Self and a WHCC sheet.

Self Fulfilment

Once you’ve clicked on Self, you’ll be taken to a new screen, and your new Self Fulfilment Price Sheet will open.

If you see these two warnings, it means you need to connect a payment and shipping method. Refer to this article to find out how to link payment methods, and this one to see how to set up a shipping method.

All price sheets come with a variety of product templates for you to use if you wish to do so. To open and edit one of them, simply choose one and click on it.

On this screen, you can choose the Product Category, change the title, and add a description in the right-hand sidebar.

You can upload images of your products to showcase them by clicking on the + (plus) icon. To delete, replace, or set an image as a product cover, click on the three dots symbol in the right-upper corner of the image.

Each product can have multiple Variants, like size, paper type, and whatever else you might find necessary. Simply click the + Add Variant button and type out the variant name. To add types of variants, simply type them out in their field and press Enter. hjkl1@

Once you’ve added the product’s variants, you can scroll down below and set the price for each product and each specific variant type, as well as the shipping price. If you want to hide a certain variant from the sheet, simply click on the eye icon to the right.

When you’re done with all the changes, simply click on the Save button in the upper-right corner.

Back on the main screen of the price sheet, you can add your own products from scratch by clicking on the Add button in the upper right corner. Then select between Product and Digital.

If you select Product, you can add a completely new product by completing the same actions described above.

If you select Paid Downloads, you can sell digital products to your clients and their guests. Enable the toggle on the left to add a certain image size. Then, you can add pricing for the download of all available images, as well as a separate price for individual image downloads.

Back on the main screen of the price sheet, take a look at the upper right corner and click on the 3 dots icon.

Here you have the option to set this price sheet as the default one, temporarily disable it, or delete it altogether.

Clicking on Link Galleries will show you all the galleries that are currently active. You have to connect a gallery to a price sheet in order to sell products through it.

To link one or multiple galleries, simply click on it and then press the Save button. Now you can sell all the products available in this price sheet for this gallery.

In order to de-link a gallery, simply click on Link Galleries, deselect a gallery, and then press Save.

Back on the main screen of the price sheet, you can rename it by clicking on the title and typing in a new one.

You can delete or duplicate a product from the sheet by clicking on the 3 dots icon and selecting the needed option.

To hide a product from the sheet, put your cursor over it and then click on the Eye icon in its upper right corner.

WHCC

Back on the main screen of the Products & Pricing tab, you can use the existing WHCC price sheet or create a new one.

A WHCC price sheet comes pre-loaded with all the available for order product types. You can enable or disable a product by clicking on the eye icon displayed when you hover your cursor over it.

Modifying an existing product works largely the same as with Self Fulfilment price sheets, with a few differences. Instead of deciding on the price, WHCC products come pre-priced. All you have to do is check it and add your markup in the column to the right.

You can bulk markup all the product variants at the same time by using the Bulk Markup feature. Just press the button with the same name and type in a set markup percentage that will apply to all variants equally.

Even though this is a WHCC sheet, you can still add your own self fulfilment products. The process is the same as described above, just keep in mind that you’re in charge of producing and delivering them. And the same applies to paid downloads.

In all other regards, a WHCC price sheet works the same as a Self Fulfilment sheet.
