How to Manage Vendors & Products

Review your active print labs and customize the product offerings for your client galleries.

Accessing Vendor Settings

  1. Open Store: Select Store from the primary left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Select Vendors: Click the Vendors & Products tab within the Store sub-menu.

  3. Identify Lab: Locate your active fulfilling lab (e.g., WHCC) on the main dashboard.

Reviewing Lab Statistics

The dashboard provides a quick overview of your current lab status:

  • Used In: Displays the number of galleries currently connected to this lab.

  • Markup (%): Shows the global profit margin currently applied to this lab's products.

  • Number of products: Lists the total amount of unique print items available for sale.

  • Delivery Options: Outlines standard shipping regions and available methods.

Managing Products and Suggestions

  • View Products: Click the View Products button to browse the full catalog of items offered by the vendor.

  • Request New Lab: If you require a specific lab not currently supported, click Request a Vendor in the top-right corner.

  • Submit Feedback: Fill out the Suggest Vendor form with the vendor name, website link, and any additional comments before clicking Send.

Note: Ensure you have completed your financial setup via the Link Payment Method prompt to begin selling products through your selected vendors.
