How to Add Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Provide legal clarity for your clients and include custom Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy in your gallery footer.

How to Add Legal Documents

  1. Access Settings
    ​    Click on the gear icon in the left-hand sidebar to access Settings.
    ​

  2. Open Customization Menu
    ​    Click on the Customize tab in the right-hand sidebar that appeared.
    ​

  3. Enter Terms of Service
    ​    Scroll to the Terms of Service section and:

    • Add your terms into the text field.

    • Use the formatting toolbar to apply bold, italics, or bullet points as needed.
      ​

  4. Enter Privacy Policy
    ​    Scroll down to the Privacy Policy section and add the necessary details into the text field.
    ​

  5. Review and Save
    ​    These details will be automatically displayed in the footer of your galleries once you close this tab or save your changes.

Note: You have a limit of 5,000 characters for each legal document section.
