Define the specific quality and size constraints for images available for digital download in your store.
Available Resolution Options
When configuring digital downloads, you can enable or disable the following resolution tiers:
High Res. (Original): Downloads the full-resolution file as originally uploaded, with no watermark.
High Res. (3600px): Resizes the image to 3600px on the longest edge, with no watermark.
Web Size (2048px): Resizes the image to 2048px; these files are automatically watermarked.
Web Size (1024px): Resizes the image to 1024px; these files are automatically watermarked.
Web Size (640px): Resizes the image to 640px; these files are automatically watermarked.
How to Configure Download Sizes
Open Store Settings: From the main dashboard, click on Store in the left-hand sidebar.
Select Digital Download: Click the Digital Download tab under the Store menu.
Set Global or Individual Rules:
All Photos: Use this tab to apply resolution and pricing rules to every image in the galleries simultaneously.
Single Photo: Use this tab to set unique download rules for specific images.
Enable Sizes: Toggle the switch (gray to blue) next to the specific resolution you wish to offer.
