Once your gallery is ready, you can provide access to your clients through direct links, QR codes, or personalized email invitations.
Accessing the Share Menu
Open Your Album
Go to the specific gallery you wish to share.Initiate Share
Click the blue Share button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Sharing Options
After clicking Share, select one of the following three methods from the Album Share window:
1. Quick Link
Select Quick Link to generate a direct URL for the gallery.
Click Copy to save the link to your clipboard and send it to your client.
2. QR Code
Select QR Code to generate a unique scannable image.
Visitors can scan this code with their mobile devices for instant access to the gallery.
3. Email
Select Email to send a formal invitation directly from the platform.
In the Share List field, enter one or more client email addresses.
Provide a Subject Line for the email.
In the Email Body field, enter a custom message for the client.
Click the Templates dropdown to use or create pre-saved messages.
Note: Make sure your gallery is published before sharing, so all the content is visible to your clients.
