Once your galleries is ready, you can provide access to your clients through direct links, QR codes, or personalized email invitations.
Accessing the Share Menu
Open Your Album: Navigate to the specific galleries you wish to share.
Initiate Share: Click the blue Share button located in the top-right corner of the interface.
Sharing Options
After clicking Share, select one of the following three methods from the Album Share window:
1. Quick Link
Select Quick Link to generate a direct URL for the galleries.
Click Copy to save the link to your clipboard and paste it into any external messaging app or document.
2. QR Code
Select QR Code to generate a unique scannable image.
Visitors can scan this code with their mobile devices for instant access to the galleries.
3. Email
Select Email to send a formal invitation directly from the platform.
Share List: Enter one or more client email addresses.
Subject: Provide a descriptive subject line for the email.
Email Body: Use the text editor to type a custom message and apply formatting like bold, italics, or bullet points.
Templates: Click the Templates dropdown to use or create pre-saved message formats.
Ensure your galleries is published before sharing to ensure all content is visible to the recipient.
