Managing Album Download Settings

Set Security PINs to control how clients and visitors download media from your galleries.

Setting a Download PIN

  1. Open Settings: Click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner of your galleries.

  2. Navigate to Download: Select the Download tab from the left-hand sidebar menu.

  1. Enable PIN: Toggle the Download PIN switch to the On position (blue).

    • This requires visitors to enter a 4-digit PIN to download photos and videos.

  2. Generate/View PIN: A 4-digit code will appear automatically.

    • To change the code, click the refresh icon next to the PIN to generate a new one.

Managing Download Quality

  1. Access Quality Settings: Stay within the Download menu.

  2. Toggle High Quality: Use the High Quality Download switch to set your preference:

    • Enabled (Blue): Allows visitors to download high-resolution photos.

    • Disabled (Gray): Restricts downloads to lower-resolution versions of your images.

Note: The Download PIN provides an extra layer of security separate from the general Album password.
