Aftershoot Galleries allow for a hybrid media experience by supporting both native video hosting and third-party embeds. This enables the delivery of high-resolution video content alongside still photography in a single client-facing interface.
Uploading Video Files
Direct uploads host MP4 or MOV files on Aftershoot servers for native playback.
Navigate to the Videos tab in the left-hand sidebar.
Click the + (plus) icon.
Select Upload.
Drag and drop files into the modal or select Browse files to choose from local storage.
Embedding External Video
Embedding allows for the integration of YouTube or Vimeo content without consuming additional galleries storage.
Click the + (plus) icon in the Videos tab.
Select Embed.
Paste the complete YouTube or Vimeo URL into the input field.
Click Add Video.
