Aftershoot Galleries aren’t limited to just photos. You can also add videos - both by uploading them from your device or embedding them from other services. This way, you can delight your clients with both photos and high-resolution videos – all in the same gallery.
Here’s how you can add videos.
Uploading Video Files
You can upload MP4 and MOV format videos from your device, and they will be uploaded to Aftershoot servers for native play directly from the gallery.
First, open an album to which you want to add a video. In the left-hand sidebar, select the Video tab, and then click on the + (plus) button.
From the dropdown, select Upload. Now you can drag and drop files into the middle of the screen or click on Browse files and upload from your storage.
Embedding External Video
Embedding allows you to add YouTube or Vimeo videos to your galleries without taking up extra gallery storage.
In the Video tab, click on the + (plus) button and select Embed. Then paste the YouTube or Vimeo URL into the input field and click on Add Video.
