Design Settings for your Galleries

Each photoshoot is special and unique. And the galleries from those shoots should be too. You can design and customize your albums to deliver a unique visual experience to your clients.

To access these settings, log in to your dashboard and click Settings in the left-hand sidebar. The design options are located in the side panel under three tabs.

1. Branding Tab

Use this tab to set your gallery's web address and visual identity.

Subdomain

Enter your desired name in the text field and click Update to change your gallery URL.

Toggle the switch to the On position to connect a domain purchased through a third-party hosting service. Enter the domain name and click on Verify to proceed.

Logos

  • Click Upload under the Logo section (44 x 44px) to add your primary brand image.

  • Click Upload under the Favicon section (32 x 32px) to add the icon that appears in browser tabs.

2. Watermark Tab

Use this tab to apply and position a watermark on your images.

Click on the + Add Watermark button and upload your watermark.


โ€‹Adjust Watermark
Decide how big and transparent your watermark should be by adjusting Scaling and Opacity. Moving the slider to the right will make the watermark bigger/ more prominent. Moving the slider to the left will make the watermark smaller/ more transparent.

โ€‹Position
Decide where you want the watermark to display on your images and choose one of the nine available placements by clicking on them.

3. Customize Tab

Provide legal clarity for your clients and include custom Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy in your gallery footer.

Enter Terms of Service

Scroll to the Terms of Service section and:

  • Add your terms into the text field.

  • Use the formatting toolbar to apply bold, italics, or bullet points as needed.

Enter Privacy Policy

Scroll down to the Privacy Policyย section and add the necessary details into the text field.
